• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Topperzy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Topperzy for your own personal educational use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material (including mock tests and PYQs) from Topperzy on competing platforms.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Topperzy.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Topperzy for commercial purposes.
• Automate the scraping or downloading of our question banks using bots or scripts.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of Topperzy (such as Premium Mock Tests and Advanced Analytics) are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis.

• Payments are securely processed via verified third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe). Topperzy does not store your credit card information.
• Refunds are subject to our discretionary Refund Policy and typically only granted in cases of technical failure or accidental dual-charges.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription fees, but we will always notify you in advance of any price changes.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our platform provides mock tests and academic materials for preparation purposes. However, Topperzy does not guarantee success or specific scores in actual competitive examinations. The materials on Topperzy's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Topperzy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Topperzy or its suppliers be liable for any consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Topperzy's website.
