1General Policy

At Topperzy, we are committed to providing high-quality digital educational resources, including premium mock tests, previous year papers, and performance analytics.

Because our products and services are exclusively digital and access is granted immediately upon successful payment, we enforce a strict No Refund Policy.

All Sales Are Final

Once a subscription or test package is purchased and activated on your account, the transaction is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions or unused time.

2Technical Issues & Payment Failures

  • Duplicate Payments: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical glitch, please contact us immediately. Upon verification, the duplicate charge will be reversed.
  • Access Issues: If your payment is marked as successful but the premium content remains locked, do not purchase the plan again. Contact our support team to manually resolve the access issue.
  • Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your bank account but the transaction fails on our end, the amount is automatically refunded by your bank or the payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.

3Subscription Cancellation

You may choose to stop using our services at any time. However, canceling an active premium subscription will not initiate a refund. You will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle or purchased duration.
